The philosophy of the Lancaster Summer Recreation program is to foster a positive, supporive atmosphere so that every child has a great summer recreation experience. Regardless of ability, every child deserves to be treated with encouragement and be given an equal amount of playing time. All participants should always respect each other. First and foremost, HAVE FUN!
